Even though it looks like winter out there, the spring market is starting for cottage country. There are new listings every week for three or four season cottages, or family homes. People start looking early, getting ready for summer fun, so if you are even concidering selling or buying, now would be the time to start! Remember, it can take a while to find just that perfect spot, you usually need more time to find one than you thought.
